30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • Be in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Include all accessories and documentation
  • Not be personalized or custom-made items

How to Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@solaragoods.com or through our contact form
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll send you a return authorization and shipping label
  4. Package the item securely and ship it back to us

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where:

  • The item was defective or damaged upon arrival
  • We sent you the wrong item
  • The item arrived significantly different from the description

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we'll process a refund instead.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you, or provide a full refund if a replacement isn't available.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement
  • Contact your bank or credit card company (processing may take time)
  • Contact us if the issue persists
